for our services? For this life-changing medicine? Why do we shy away from
acknowledging the worth of our expertise and the transformative power of what we do?

reluctance to discuss money in a field driven by compassion. But just as you wouldn’t
expect a free oil change from your mechanic or a complimentary couch from a furniture
store, it’s essential to recognize that your expertise deserves fair compensation.
It’s time for us, for you, to recognize the true worth of the services we provide as
healthcare professionals.
Confidence is key.
Mindset is key.
It’s about reframing our relationship with money and understanding that by valuing our
